The terms that govern your use of the Kairion LLC website and services, including our SMS / text messaging terms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at kairion.solutions and services provided by Kairion LLC (“Kairion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, submitting the contact form, or opting in to communications, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our services
Kairion provides applied AI consulting, including AI/ML strategy, custom AI software development, technology consulting, and professional staffing. Content on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any specific result. Specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements.
3. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its infrastructure;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data;
- Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, or another person’s information without authorization; or
- Use the site to transmit malware or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
4. Intellectual property
The website and its content — including the Kairion name, logo, branding, text, graphics, and code — are owned by or licensed to Kairion LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
5. Client engagements
Any consulting, development, or staffing engagement is subject to a separate written agreement between you and Kairion that governs scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, and other terms. Nothing on this website creates such an engagement or an employment relationship.
6. SMS / Messaging Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms apply to text (SMS/MMS) messages sent by Kairion LLC to mobile numbers that have opted in. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to the following:
Program description. When you opt in via our website contact form or in the course of communicating with us, Kairion LLC may send you text messages related to your inquiry and our services, including consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, service and project updates, and customer-care responses.
- Consent. By checking the SMS consent box or otherwise providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you give express written consent to receive text messages from Kairion LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Kairion does not charge for the messages themselves.
- Opt out (STOP). You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may receive an additional message if you text an unrecognized keyword.
- Help (HELP). Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at airrieal@kairion.solutions or (813) 594-9137.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s coverage and availability.
- Privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in/consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kairion LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kairion LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the website or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
